Design, manufacture, and erection of 144 dwellings in the Bristol area. The development constructed in late 2020/early 2021 provided 144 mixed tenure new homes ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom houses. Several home options were made available including affordable homes, ethically rented homes and shared ownership homes. SO Modular provided our Trisowarm Panel System for the timber frame superstructure, floor cassettes and trusses.
